The pergola above was built from hand-hewn red cedar, trimmed and finished on site. The interior was remodeled completely including tile, walls, and the glass block exterior wall. We completely remodeled the interior and exterior of this charming home, creating an inviting entrance. We added approximately 1000 sq. ft. of living space to rear of the building, adding new interior partitions, and reworking the existing roof structure as needed. We provided a new front porch with columns, and re-roofed completely including exterior trim work. Our portion of this project was completed in 2 to 3 months. This homeowner increased the value of his home substantially by enlarging the living area from 2500 sq. ft. to 5500 sq. ft., creating a palatial new home on a canal in Boca Raton. We removed the existing roof structure and added a second story, an increase of approximately 3000 sq. ft. of living space and a garage, a new front porch and two rear porches with a canal view. We included a guest quarters and a two-story entry foyer with a beautiful Brazilian cherry staircase. We rebuilt all the interior walls and replaced the entire roof system. We gave this modest Boca Raton property a make-over and created a million-dollar appearance. This project was completely gutted and remodeled inside, adding 300 sq. ft. to the left side and another 100 sq. ft. to the rear. One can almost see the imprint in the ground in the front of this dwelling where a huge ficus tree once stood. This tree unfortunately made a large hole in the front of the house when it decided to fall. We repaired the roof structure, built the new front columned porch, and replaced the entire roof. This homeowner wanted to have a circular drive in front of his home and we designed the porch to accommodate this future project.
This beautiful Delray Beach home overlooking a canal almost doubled its value as a result of our work. On this project we added 400 sq. ft. to the first floor rear and 1000 sq. ft. on the second story, with the lovely columned front porch as shown and an impressive second floor balcony. This recently completed project had us adding 800 sq. ft. including several rooms with an addition that brought the house beyond the pool area. This allowed access from the bedroom quarters and the exquisite new bathroom to the screen-enclosed pool area. In all there were two new bedrooms, a completely remodeled existing bedroom, and a bathroom with 4' X 5' shower and large whirlpool tub. Extra features such as tray ceilings in the bedrooms, crown moldings, double vanity with granite top, all beautifully finished, added much value to this already elegant home. We thought you might like to see what we did recently building a brand new home for one of our northern customers from Maine. Notice the amenities we added to grace this fine 3000 sq. ft. three story, four bedroom home, overlooking the Portland, Maine skyline and the back cove of Casco Bay. This beautiful new home features such amenities as hardwood floors, open staircases, stone fireplace, birch cabinetry with granite countertops, complete landscaping, retaining wall, and other special extras. Above are before and after photos of a kitchen remodel which was performed for Ken and Mandy Towery of Boca Raton, FL. For the price of just $12,500.00 this remodel consisted of removal of old plain white cabinets, Formica counter tops and appliances. This was followed by the installation of new plywood box cabinets with dovetail drawers, crown molding, light valances, and granite counter tops with full back splashes. Also included was a complete upgrade to electrical outlets and switches, installation of new sink and faucet, along with new appliances.
