Last year, we contracted with Jeff Waycott, from Waycott Construction to add an
800 square foot expansion to our home. This two-bedroom and a bath
expansion was a major undertaking for our family. Most people share the
nightmare stories related to home improvement efforts. For us, the process
was painless and the end result exceeded our expectations.
From the start, Jeff Waycott was a true professional. He provided guidance
and resources with the original design. He was particularly patient in
helping us visualize the design and consider our options. Once we approved
the design, Jeff handled all of the permitting issues in a very timely manner.
Once the project was underway, Jeff and his crews were always there on time and
were reliable. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves and kept us
posted on what was next. We never had to worry if the “guys were showing
up to keep things moving.”
As the rooms took shape, Jeff guided us in the many decisions needed when
selecting plumbing, cabinetry, hardware and other details. He even helped
with providing resources on where to go!
The best part of this effort was Jeff completed the job on budget and on time!
We were able to celebrate the completion in time for the holidays and enjoy the
new space with our family.
